How of us (Chubb’s) doesn’t want to lose weight and be thin? Burn that fat around the waist, to feel what a flat stomach is?

 

So many times we wanted these things, dreamt of them at night time and day time.

 

How many of us wake up in the morning and create ourselves an image that tells us: “I am thin and I like my figure, and nothing can change that”? And the minute we step out to the street passes a lovely looking lady with great figure, or an athlete running by you all muscular and BANG the dream shatters in to a million pieces?

 

And from that moment we continue our daily life with the regular compromises:” don’t worry its just another sandwich”, “I am fat so why should I suffer the taste of the artificial sweetener?”

 

Millions of dreams are bean shattered every day all over the world and it doesn’t matters if they are bean dreamed in English Spanish or Swedish. The message is the same: I WHANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BE THIN!!

 

The next problem is how to do it. You can exercise go on a diet or do both but what if you are doing it wrong? Can you know you are not harming yore health?

 

So when any of you out there start anew program to lose weight be sure that you take the right decision. Don’t waste your TIME, Don’t waste your MONEY but most important Don’t waste yore HEALTH.
